Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP (preferred) or willingness to learn.
• MS Excel proficiency for basic calculations and data handling.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily accounting tasks: data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Handle Tally ERP entries, vouchers, and basic reporting.
• Support GST, TDS, and other tax filings under supervision.
• Prepare financial statements, invoices, and MIS reports.
• Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist payroll processing and employee expense tracking.
• Contribute to budgeting, financial analysis, and audits.
• Ensure compliant documentation and procedures.
