Job summary

Presswell Group in India seeks an accounting professional with SAP B1 experience to manage daily bookkeeping, AP/AR, and end-to-end invoice reconciliations. The role involves entry processing, daily banking, and maintaining accurate records in SAP B1.

The candidate should have GST exposure, expertise in bank reconciliations, and familiarity with bills payable/receivable, invoicing follow-up, E-Way Bill, and debit/credit notes. Strong attention to detail is required.

Qualifications

• Bank Reconciliation expertise required.
• Ledger scrutiny and monthly closing experience.
• GST experience and handling Bills Payable/Receivable; invoicing follow-up; E-Way Bill; Debit/Credit notes.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day entries in SAP B1 software.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable; daily banking transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date records of invoices and reconciliations.
• Process Purchase, Journal, Payment and Receipt entries.
