Job summary

Civicon Ventures, a growing infrastructure services company, invites applications for an Accountant to join our Mumbai - Ulhasnagar office. You will manage core accounting tasks and support financial reporting in a dynamic team environment.

We seek candidates with 1–2 years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong Excel skills, along with proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero and knowledge of Indian taxation laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce or CA.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable - process vendor invoices, issue invoices, track payments.
• Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

JD: We are currently looking for a Accountant to join our growing team at our Mumbai - Kayan/Ullasnagar office.

Accountant - Role Overview
