Job summary

Extension Technologies is seeking an Accountant to join our accounts team and manage day-to-day financial tasks. You will handle bookkeeping, TDS, GST, payable/receivable, and balance sheet activities under the guidance of the Accounts Manager.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience, strong communication, organization and multitasking skills, and is comfortable with Tally. Metro connectivity available and good benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal accounts for filing and bank-related work.
• Prepare MIS as required by management.
• Handle accounts receivable/payable, TDS, quarterly returns, GST, and banking reconciliations.
• Oversee day-to-day payable operations and maintain petty cash.
• Assist Accounts Manager in balance sheet finalization and taxation-related tasks.
• Payroll processing for the company.

We are actively looking for an Accountant, who can join our accounts team & handle the roles and responsibilities.

Should be career oriented & dedicate towards his/her career path.

• Coordinate with Internal Accounts department for filing & bank related work.
• Preparation of MIS as per the requirement of the management.
• Accounts Receivable & Payable, TDS working & quarterly returns, Advance tax & E-payment, GST working, Bills checking & booking, Documentation & Filing, Month/Quarter/Year End closing, Individual Accounting, MIS Reports, Re-conciliation's, Banking accountant with working knowledge of balance sheet preparation, finalization of accounts, taxation, auditing.
• Accounting knowledge about entries in books of Accounts
• Experience on hands on working in Tally preferable (Any other audit and accounting functions)
• The primary purpose of this role is to oversee day-to-day accounting payable operations of the company, maintain daily accounts and Petty cash for day to day requirements and assist the Accounts Manager in accounting activities.
• Can handle the payroll of the company.
