Job summary

Zipgrid in Thane is seeking a Site Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for assigned residential/commercial projects. You will handle billing, entries, and MIS reports to track financials.

The role requires 1+ year of accounting experience, knowledge of GST/TDS, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP/accounting software. Location is Ghodbunder Road area, Thane West; 6 days work, Sundays off; up to 5 LPA.

Zipgrid is looking for a Site Accountant to manage accounting and finance operations for assigned residential/commercial projects.

Location: Ghodbunder Road, Sai Nagar, Anand Nagar, Thane West

CTC: Up to 5 LPA

Working: 6 days a week | Sunday Off

Preference: Immediate Joiners

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations


• Billing, receipt entries and collection reporting


• Vendor invoice verification, booking & reconciliation


• Bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation


• TDS & GST-related activities and reconciliations


• Financial MIS and client reporting


• Address client queries and ensure timely deliverables

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ year of experience in Accounts/Finance


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles & bookkeeping


• Hands-on experience in Bank Reconciliation, AP/AR & vendor payments


• Working knowledge of accounting software/ERP & MS Office


• Basic understanding of GST, TDS & Income Tax


• Society accounting/compliance experience will be an added advantage
