Tusharbhai Malharrao Sarode is seeking an experienced accounting professional to independently manage core accounting operations, reconciliations, taxation support, MIS reporting, and vendor/customer coordination.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Hands-on accounting operations management.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience.
• GST and TDS knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and accounting summaries.
• Monitor AR and AP processes.
• Prepare vendor payment sheets per policies.
• Compile data for GST and TDS returns.
• Conduct ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors for accounting needs.
• Support audits and provide required documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of accounting information.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date accounting records.
• Ensure overall accounting hygiene and compliance.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional who can independently manage core accounting operations, reconciliations, taxation support, MIS reporting, and vendor/customer coordination for our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and accounting summaries.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare vendor payment sheets as per internal payment policies.
• Compile accounting data required for GST and TDS returns.
• Perform periodic ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding accounting-related requirements.
• Support statutory audits and coordinate with auditors for required documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of accounting and compliance-related information.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date accounting records.
• Ensure overall accounting hygiene and compliance with applicable processes.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.

Must-Have Skills / Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Hands-on experience in managing accounting operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Sound knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Experience in ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
