Rearch Developers Pvt Ltd. is seeking an accounting/finance professional with 2–4 years of relevant experience in Delhi. The role focuses on MIS reporting, reconciliations, invoicing, and payroll compliance, with exposure to Tally, Zoho and QuickBooks.

You will ensure accurate financial data, assist year-end processes, and support management with timely financial insights. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, solid knowledge of taxation, and the ability to finalize balance sheets

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and present MIS reports to management.
• Experience in debtor, creditor and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.
• Knowledge of taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS) and balance sheet finalization.
• Payroll compliance knowledge (ESIC, PF).
• Experience in invoicing and collections.

• Experience in debtor, creditor, and bank reconciliations
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, Quick books etc.
• Good knowledge of taxation, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes
• Experience in balance sheet finalization
• Ability to analyze financial data and summarize financial status effectively
• Educational qualification: B.Com / B.Com (Hons) / MBA (Finance) etc.
• Working knowledge of payroll, ESIC, PF, and related compliance
• Experience in raising invoices and following up with customers for payments
