Job summary

Talento HR in Gurugram is seeking an experienced accounting professional to independently manage multiple client accounts. The role covers accounting, taxation, payroll, compliance, and MIS reporting, with a strong focus on accurate financial management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hand-on experience in Indian accounting and payroll compliance, and is proficient in Tally and Excel, with exposure to SAP/Zoho/Yardi preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified accounting professional with 5+ years of experience in managing client accounts and handling accounting, taxation, payroll, compliance and MIS reporting.
• Proficient in Indian Accounting, GST, TDS and payroll compliance, with hands-on experience in bookkeeping and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally or similar software.
• Handle monthly book closure, reconciliations, MIS, invoicing, and vendor payments.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, PT, and ESIC compliance and filings.
• Perform GST reconciliation, TDS calculations, and tax payments/returns.
• Assist with payroll processing and financial statement preparation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, auditors, bankers, and internal teams.
• Resolve accounting and vendor/employee queries and maintain financial records.

Job Summary

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally or similar software.
• Handle monthly book closure, reconciliations, MIS, invoicing, and vendor payments.

• Perform GST reconciliation, TDS calculations, and tax payments/returns.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting, GST, TDS, and Payroll compliance.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage 2–4 client accounts independently.

Target Profile

• 5+ years relevant accounting/taxation experience.
• Candidates from CA firms, accounting firms, or financial consulting organizations preferred.
