Job summary

Rearch Developers Pvt Ltd. in Gurugram is seeking a finance professional with 2–4 years of accounting/finance experience to manage MIS reporting, reconciliations, and tax compliance.

The role involves invoice processing, payments follow-up, payroll knowledge, and finalization of balance sheets. The ideal candidate has a B.Com/B.Com (Hons) or MBA in Finance, strong communication skills, and experience with Tally, Zoho, and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in accounting/finance.
• Ability to prepare and present MIS reports to management (daily & monthly).
• Experience in debtor, creditor, and bank reconciliations.
• Good knowledge of taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other taxes).
• Experience in balance sheet finalization.
• Ability to analyze financial data and summarize financial status.
• Educational qualification: B.Com / B.Com (Hons) / MBA (Finance).
• Knowledge of payroll, ESIC, PF and related compliance.
• Experience in raising invoices and following up with customers for payments.
