Job summary

Diviniti Global in Sultanpur, Delhi NCR, is seeking an Accountant with 3 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing or trading to join the Finance & Accounts team. The role combines hands-on accounting with collaboration across factories, warehouses, retail outlets, and other units.

You will maintain books, ensure statutory compliance, manage internal controls, and perform inventory verification and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience with GST and TDS compliance.

Role & responsibilities

Position: Accountant

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Sultanpur, Delhi NCR

Experience: 3 to 4 years, preferably in manufacturing or trading

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Role Objective:

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining strong financial discipline across the organisation, ensuring accuracy of books of accounts, statutory compliance, effective internal controls, and regular verification of transactions, inventory, and operating processes.

The role will combine hands-on accounting responsibilities with accounts teams, factories, warehouses, retail outlets, and other business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Inventory & Stock Audit
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• MIS & Management Reporting
• Sales, collections, and bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

The candidate should be comfortable moving between accounting, audit, inventory verification, and process review, and should have the ability to independently identify problems and recommend corrective action.

Experience in a manufacturing organisation with multiple locations, warehouses, retail stores, or different business divisions will be preferred.
