Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Authorization and control of all payments.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Manage balance sheet and profit & loss statements.
• Administer payrolls and control income and expenditure.
• Manage colleagues, workloads and deadlines.
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Analyze accounts and business plans.
• Compile and present reports, budgets.
• Prepare and maintain important financial reports.
• Prepare GST returns data and ensure GST returns are paid on time.
• Evaluate financial operations to identify issues and suggest improvements.
• Guide on cost reduction, revenue enhancement and profit maximization.
