The Klassic Store in Pune is seeking an Accountant to own the company’s accounts, receivables and collections, ensuring accurate financial records and timely GST compliance.

You will maintain TallyPrime files (daily sales, purchases, receipts and payments), raise GST invoices on dispatch, track receivables and post daily sales reports to Google Sheets, while coordinating with the CA for GST records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience in TallyPrime.
• Practical GST experience (invoicing and returns).
• Teamwork capability.
• B.Com or graduate or equivalent.

Responsabilités

The Klassic Store supplies premium event fabrics and stitched decor products to decorators, wedding planners, venues and mandap companies across India .

THE ROLE

You own the company's accounts, receivables and collections.

• Maintain Tally, daily sales, purchases, receipts and payments
• Raise GST invoices for every dispatch the same day
• Track receivables
• Post daily sale reports to google sheets
• Manage supplier payables and payment schedules
• Handle bank reconciliation and daily cash/bank position
• Prepare GST records with and coordinate our CA

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3-5 years of hands‑on accounting in TallyPrime
