Taxation & Compliance

• Managing TDS compliance, filings, and notices
• Handling Income Tax notices and coordinating with consultants
• Managing and responding to GST compliance notices
• Ensuring timely filing of statutory returns and compliances

RERA & Real Estate Accounting

• Preparation and monitoring of RERA workings
• Managing RERA withdrawal documentation and compliance
• Coordination with internal teams for project-wise financial tracking
• Handling real estate accounting activities and reconciliations

Financial Reporting

• Preparation of Monthly Expense Reports
• Preparation of Monthly Sales ReportsMIS reporting and financial data analysis for management

Operational Accounting

• Handling Stamp Duty payments for Plot holders
• Managing POT (Percentage of Completion) workings
• Ensuring accurate accounting entries and reconciliations
• Managing day-to-day accounting operations

General Responsibilities

• Maintaining accounting records and documentation
• Assisting in internal and statutory audits

• Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and government authorities
