Aaradhya Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, tax compliance, and assist in preparation of financial statements while ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational policies.
Freshers with relevant accounting qualifications or certifications and up to 3 years of experience are welcome.

Position: Accountant
Aaradhya Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, tax compliance, and assist in preparation of financial statements while ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational policies.
Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting records, including journals, ledgers, and financial statements
Handle AccountsPayable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Perform bankreconciliations and monitor cash flows
Prepare invoices, bills, and process payments accurately and on time
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Support monthly, quarterly , and annual financial reporting
Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems
Assist in payroll coordination and employee expense management
Provide support during audits and assist auditors as required
Generate MIS reports and other financial reports for management
Identify discrepancies, suggest improvements, and ensure accuracy in accounting processes
Freshers with relevant accounting qualifications or certifications
Candidates with prior experience in bookkeeping, finance, or accounting
Individuals with strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-department environment
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
0–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (for fresher/junior positions)
Basic understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
