Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting records, including journals, ledgers, and financial statements.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows.
  • Prepare invoices, bills, and process payments accurately and on time.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and employee expense management.
  • Provide support during audits and assist auditors as required.
  • Generate MIS reports and other financial reports for management.
  • Identify discrepancies, suggest improvements, and ensure accuracy in accounting processes.

The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, accounts reconciliation, tax compliance, and assist in preparation of financial statements while ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting records, including journals, ledgers, and financial statements

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows

  • Prepare invoices, bills, and process payments accurately and on time
