Job Title: Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and proactive Accountant to join our Kochi team, supporting our financial operations as we scale across India.

Position Overview

The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, billing, and financial compliance activities for Quadrigo. This role involves close collaboration with the Bangalore headquarters and management team to ensure financial accuracy, timely reporting, and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including daily entries, reconciliations, and ledgers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in coordination with management.
• Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in collaboration with external auditors.
• Track student payments, course fees, and receipts — ensuring timely follow‑ups and reconciliations.
• Support the budgeting process, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting principles and Indian tax regulations.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and government departments when required.
• Prepare periodic financial summaries and reports for management review.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the education or service sector.
• Strong working knowledge of Odoo / Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and general tax compliance procedures in India.
• Excellent command of Excel and ability to manage financial data with precision.
• Good communication and coordination skills — both written and verbal.
• High standards of integrity, organization, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling multi‑branch or multi‑project accounts.
• Prior exposure to international transactions or education‑related billing models.
• Ability to support remote operations and digital documentation workflows.
• Hands‑on experience working with Odoo.
