Job summary

EIE Renewables Private Limited in New Delhi (Sector 11, Rohini) is seeking an Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and support financial operations. The role requires 3–10 years of experience in accounts/finance and hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, and Tally/ERP software.

You will handle payables/receivables, assist in project accounting and MIS reporting, and collaborate across departments for timely financial documentation.

Qualifications

• B.Com or M.Com with relevant accounting experience.
• 3–10 years of experience in accounts/finance.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation processes.
• Proficient with Tally Prime / ERP software.
• Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
• Experience in project-based accounting in construction/EPC/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers and supporting documents.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Verify vendor invoices, bills, expense claims and supporting documents.
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
• Assist in project-related accounting, billing and expense tracking.
• Prepare monthly MIS, ageing reports and outstanding statements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Stores and other departments for financial documents.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and accounting records.
• Assist in month-end/year-end closing and audit requirements.
• Identify discrepancies in accounts and ensure timely resolution.

About the Role
