Job summary

MACOM in Delhi seeks an experienced accounts professional to manage banking coordination, LC documentation, BG processing, and all vendor and salary payments. The role requires precise payroll maintenance and strong adherence to banking norms.

The ideal candidate has minimum 3 years in manufacturing finance, solid Excel skills, and hands-on experience with payments, credit/debit management, and statutory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle LC documentation, BG processing, and banking compliances.
• Manage vendor payments and payroll with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete banking coordination with bankers.
• Prepare and manage Letter of Credit (LC) documentation including discounting.
• Process and monitor Bank Guarantees (BG).
• Execute all company payments including: Raw material payments Vendor & expense payments RTGS / NEFT / Online transfers / Cheques
• Process salary payments and maintain payroll records.
• Maintain and monitor Debtors & Creditors ageing (bill-wise).
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking norms.
