Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Accounts professional in Surat to finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS, with detailed ratio analysis.

You will coordinate audits, support budgeting and MIS reporting, and liaise with banks. The role requires strong knowledge of Ind AS, consolidation and budgeting, with CMA data experience for working capital facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Finalise standalone and consolidated accounts per Ind AS and statutory rules, with ratio analysis.
• Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors for timely audits and audit observations resolution.
• Prepare quarterly budgets and analyse variances vs actual performance.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports with meaningful analysis.
• Liaise with banks and provide financial information and supporting documents.
• Demonstrate strong Ind AS knowledge and financial reporting capability.
• Prepare CMA data and project reports for working capital facilities and loans.
• Show strong analytical skills and coordination with auditors, banks, and internal teams.

Role & responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Finalise standalone and consolidated accounts in compliance with applicable Ind AS and statutory requirements; conduct financial ratio analysis.

Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and resolution of audit observations.

Prepare quarterly budgets and analyse variances against actual performance.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports with meaningful analysis.

Liaise with banks and provide financial information and supporting documents.

Strong knowledge of Ind AS and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounts finalisation, consolidation, MIS reporting, budgeting and ratio analysis.

Experience in preparing CMA data, project reports and documentation for working capital facilities and project loans.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and effective coordination with auditors, banks and internal teams
