Saras Analytics is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own a portfolio of ecommerce and omnichannel client accounts. You’ll drive client success, renewals, and expansions by aligning Saras’s AI data products with client goals.
You will coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Product Managers to ensure adoption and measurable value, while maintaining health scores and a strong reference base across your book.
You’ll own a tiered portfolio of client accounts as their relationship and commercial owner — accountable for making clients successful with Saras as measured by their satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), renewals (GRR%), and expansions (NER) that follow when clients genuinely succeed.
Saras Analytics is an AI and data analytics firm built for ecommerce and omnichannel brands. We help fast-growing SMBs and mid-market brands turn disconnected, messy data into decisions — covering ingestion, transformation, and consumption, backed by our own products (Daton and Saras IQ) as the data infrastructure in every engagement.
Saras is profitable and bootstrapped. We run flat: talent and good ideas move fast here regardless of tenure or title. What makes Saras different isn't the AI label — it's that our AI actually works: a decade of ecommerce depth means our products carry the context, the KPI definitions, and the business intelligence that generic tools don't have, and our domain expertise and our products reinforce each other in a flywheel. The clients in your portfolio chose Saras because the value was real. A Strategic Account Manager joining now owns making them feel that value — from the day they onboard to the day they expand.
You’ll own a tiered portfolio of client accounts as their relationship owner from the day the sales handover lands, reporting to the Head of Account Management. This is not a delivery role: you carry no build work and no delivery team — your job is the client's success and the commercial outcomes that follow. On every account you work alongside a Forward Deployed Engineer and a Product Manager, and your accountabilities are three: client satisfaction, revenue, and expansion.
Revenue — retention and expansion across your portfolio — is the top priority for this role, and client satisfaction is how you get there: accounts that genuinely succeed renew and expand as a natural consequence. Account‑level CSAT and NPS sit on your scorecard alongside the revenue numbers, not as secondary goals but as how you know you are doing the job right. The lanes are explicit: you own the relationship and the commercial outcomes end to end; the Forward Deployed Engineer owns the solution and the build; the Product Manager owns product onboarding, enablement, and roadmap.
First 90 days: you know your book and its health scores, you’ve run your first kick‑off and your first business reviews, and your renewal calendar is built with no surprises left in it.
Steady state: renewals land predictably, you’ve closed expansion on real value, your accounts are reference‑able — and referring — and account‑level CSAT is strong quarter after quarter.
Any of these backgrounds can get you in the room.
