Saras Analytics is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery for 5–6 client engagements in a scale-up environment. You will lead a team of analysts and cross-functional partners, gather requirements, sign off on scope, deliver on time, and train client teams to use the solution.
You should have 5+ years of delivery experience in data analytics or software projects, hands-on SQL, and familiarity with Tableau or Power BI. PMP/PRINCE2/CSM certifications are a plus.
Saras Analytics is an AI and data analytics firm built for ecommerce and omnichannel brands. We help fast-growing SMBs and mid-market brands turn disconnected, messy data into decisions — covering ingestion, transformation, and consumption, backed by our own products (Daton and IQ) as the data infrastructure underneath every engagement. Our consulting team is built around forward deployed analysts, data scientists, and subject matter experts who sit close to the client and turn data into strategic guidance CXOs act on.
Saras is profitable and bootstrapped. We run flat: talent and good ideas move fast here regardless of tenure or title. Right now we're scaling our product implementations quickly — more clients, more concurrent engagements, more moving pieces, in a short span of time. A Technical Project Manager joining at this stage is running live delivery inside that scale-up directly, not managing a fixed, fully mature process.
You'll own end-to-end delivery for at least 5-6 client projects at a time in steady state, leading a team of direct reportees (analysts) plus a cross-functional support team, and reporting to an Account Manager. Your job is to run each project — requirements gathered, scope signed off, work delivered, the client's team trained and using it — landing on the committed date and at the quality bar the client expects, every time. The ladder is explicit: strong Technical Project Managers grow into Engagement Leads.
Client satisfaction is the top priority for this role. Delivery excellence is how you earn it — every engagement lands on time and at the quality bar clients expect, the client genuinely well taken care of throughout, and the work actually put to use — but the measure is whether the client ends the engagement a promoter: someone who'd recommend Saras unprompted.
First 90 days: you've picked up the delivery cadence on your current projects, built working relationships with your team of analysts and cross-functional partners, you know how each client feels about the engagement today, and know exactly where each engagement stands against its committed dates and quality bar.
Steady state: every engagement you own lands on the agreed date, at the agreed quality bar, the client can point to it being used, and your clients would recommend Saras — some already have.
Any of these backgrounds can get you in the room. Across all of them, you've run multiple full cycles of requirements gathering, sign-off, and usage — as an individual contributor and as a team lead.
