Job summary

Nav Nirman Formwork Systems is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to manage end-to-end accounting processes in a construction environment. The role focuses on recording transactions in Tally, ledger management, and accurate monthly closings.

You will handle GST filings, statutory returns, and assist with budgeting and financial planning. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for ensuring compliant and transparent financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• M.Com is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Tally accounting software.
• Proficiency in taxation and financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries in Tally.
• Handle daily accounting activities such as journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliation.

Role & responsibilities

Accounting and Financial Management

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries in Tally.
• Handle daily accounting activities such as journal entries, ledger management, and account reconciliation.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure proper recording of financial transactions.

Tally Data Management

• Manage all accounting entries and financial records using Tally software.
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of financial data.
• Verify and maintain accuracy of all accounting records.

Taxation and Compliance

• Handle GST filings, tax returns, and other statutory filings.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and government tax requirements.
• Maintain records related to taxation and financial audits.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare financial reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Provide financial data and reports to management when required.
• Assist in financial planning and budgeting.

Audit and Documentation

• Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal or external audits.
• Ensure all financial records are properly maintained and updated.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

• M.Com (Master of Commerce) is added Advantage.

Experience

• 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
