Job summary

Protech Distribution in Delhi is seeking an Accounts Executive / MARG Expert to manage day-to-day accounting and operate MARG ERP across sales, billing, inventory, and purchasing.

The role requires 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, GST and TDS compliance, and strong Excel skills, with immediate joiner availability preferred. You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate financial records and timely month-end closings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MARG ERP and hands-on experience with billing, inventory, sales and purchase accounting.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and day-to-day accounting processes.
• Able to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities and assist in month-end closing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.

• Prepare invoices, vouchers, credit/debit notes, and payment entries.

• Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding accounts-related matters.
