Job summary

Quess Corp Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an Account Manager to oversee receivables and payables, finalize monthly books, and prepare financials for management. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely statutory compliance, and supporting payroll processing.

You will liaise with various departments, validate business proposals, and drive variance analysis with P&L reporting. Proficiency in SAP and Tally ERP is preferred.

• Validate business proposals and report to stakeholders.
• Finalize AOP and track monthly performance.
• Perform variance analysis and report P&L to stakeholders.
• Oversee payroll processing and payout as per policy.
• Work with SAP and Tally ERP to maintain records.

• Managing and controlling the Receivables & Payables as per the company policy
• Finalization of Monthly Books and Preparing the Financials for the Management
• Managing the Govt Audits and ensuring timely compliance
• Guiding the team in operations and creating robust process for control checks
• Timely submission of returns – GST – PF – ESIC & TDS Advance tracking and ensuring timely settlement
• Liasioning with cross functional team
• Business Proposal validation and recommendation to Stack holder
• Finalization of AOP and monthly Tracking
• Variance analysis and reporting to stack holder P&L management
• Finalization of Payroll and processing the payout as per policy
• Working knowledge of SAP & Tally ERP
