Job summary

Parshant Kangra in Mumbai seeks an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day book-keeping using Tally ERP/Prime, ensure GST/TDS/PF/ESIC compliance, and handle invoicing. The role includes assisting statutory and internal audits and producing timely MIS reports.

The ideal candidate will support vendor payments, salary processing, and ledger reconciliation, while coordinating with payment gateways such as Razorpay, CC Avenue, and PhonePe.

Qualifications

• Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using Tally ERP/Prime.
• GST, TDS, PF, ESIC & Profession Tax compliances.
• Prepare invoices and E-invoices.
• Assist in statutory and internal audits.

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping in Tally ERP/Tally Prime
• Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC & Profession Tax compliances
• Prepare invoices and E-invoices
• Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements & salary processing
• Perform revenue and payment gateway reconciliation — Razorpay, CC Avenue & PhonePe
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements and financial reports
• Assist in Statutory, GST & Internal Audits
• Handle ledger reconciliation and payment-related queries
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI and other statutory requirements
