MLabs Digital is seeking an Account Management Intern in New Delhi for a hybrid role. You will support account managers with notes, timelines and client updates, learning how agencies run accounts and keep clients happy with clear communication.

The role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain client and project experience, with mentoring and a potential pathway to a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Take notes in client and internal calls and turn them into clear actions.
• Help track timelines and deliverables across accounts.
• Keep project documents and trackers tidy and up to date.
• Draft simple client updates for the account manager to review.
• Chase small tasks across the team so work stays on schedule.
• Help prepare for meetings and reviews.
