Job summary

Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. in Mohali seeks an Account Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting within a fast-paced supply chain. You will handle vendor payments, invoicing, ledgers, GST filings, and TDS using Tally Prime.

You will prepare monthly reports, P&L, and cash flow summaries for management, coordinating with Procurement, Sales, and Logistics to ensure accurate data capture. On-site role with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Must-have skills: Tally Prime, Financial Accounting, GST Filing, TDS Compliance, General Ledger Management, Bank Reconciliation, MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Statutory Compliance (India).
• Preferred: QuickBooks, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle Financials), Accounting Software Integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including vendor payments, customer invoicing, and account reconciliations using Tally Prime.
• Maintain ledgers, GST filings, and TDS documentation in line with Indian statutory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, P&L statements, and cash flow summaries for management review.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Procurement, Sales, Logistics) to ensure timely and accurate financial data capture.
• Support audits by compiling financial records, trial balances, and transaction logs as required.
• Identify process improvements in accounting workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce discrepancies.
