Job summary

SS Quality Air Solutions in Uttar Pradesh seeks an Executive Accountant to manage daily accounts, GST/TDS, invoicing, purchase and sales entries, bank reconciliation, ledgers, receivables and payables, and monthly reports.

The role requires coordinating with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate records, timely audits and statutory compliance, with guidance from senior finance staff. UG: B.Com in Accounting, Business Analytics or any graduate.

Qualifications

• UG: B.Com in Accounting, Business Analytics or Any Graduate.
• Experience in handling GST/TDS and accounting processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts, GST/TDS, invoicing and purchase & sales entries.
• Handle bank reconciliation, ledgers, receivables/payables and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams for audits and compliance.
• Support senior finance staff with records and statutory filings.
