Job summary

MODERN PACKAGING SYSTEMS in Uttar Pradesh is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting, Tally entries, invoicing, and payment coordination. You will oversee bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and payment reports while coordinating with the CA to ensure smooth financial operations.

The role requires accuracy, timely reporting, and a proactive approach to resolving payment issues in alignment with budgets and organizational controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day accounting and book-keeping.
• Proficiency with Tally for invoicing and reporting.
• Understanding of vendor payments and bank reconciliation.
• Ability to coordinate with CA and prepare payment reports.

Responsibilities

• Day to day accounting and book keeping. Managing Tally.
• Final invoicing to Client.
• Checking the status of Payment to be made to vendors.
• Bank Reconciliation
• Managing outward remittances and documentation.
• Co-ordination with CA.
• Payment Reports.
• Vendor Payment Reports.
• Co-ordination with clients for any payment related issues.
• Monitoring capital and fixed expenses for the organization in accordance with budgets.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
