JobItUs in Panvel, India seeks a CA Inter-qualified professional to join our finance team. You will independently manage accounting, taxation, and compliance activities with 3–4 years’ relevant experience in a CA firm or corporate accounts.

Key responsibilities include GST, TDS, vendor reconciliations, ledger reviews, finalisation of accounts, and audits coordination with external CA/Tax Consultants.

Qualifications

• CA Inter qualified (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Oversee core accounting functions with strong GST, TDS, and finance knowledge.
• Check and verify Sales, Purchases, Credit/Debit Notes, and Expenses with GST/TDS implications.
• Conduct vendor reconciliations and regular ledger reviews.
• Drive finalisation of accounts and assist during audits.
• Coordinate with external CA/Tax Consultants for accounting, taxation, and audit matters.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience working in a CA firm or within an accounts & finance department. In this role, you will be trusted to independently manage and execute accounting, taxation, and compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and verify Sales, Purchases, Credit/Debit Notes, and Expenses, ensuring accurate tracking of their respective GST and TDS implications.
• Conduct thorough vendor reconciliations and regular ledger reviews.
• Drive the finalisation of accounts and provide dedicated assistance during audits.
• Act as the primary coordinator with external CA/Tax Consultants for all accounting, taxation, and audit matters.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: CA Inter Qualified (Mandatory).
