Job summary

Workwave Global in Delhi is seeking an accounting-focused professional with strong Tally skills to manage batch-wise inventory, manufacturing, expiry tracking, and discount automation.

You will handle billing, e-invoicing, e-way bills, GST/TDS, journal entries, and reconciliations while leveraging advanced Excel to analyse data.

This role supports sales and finance teams, with a focus on accurate records and compliant tax reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Tally with batch-wise inventory, manufacturing and expiry management.
• Billing, e-invoicing, and e-way bill processing knowledge.
• Process sales claims via credit notes and incentives.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• GST and TDS knowledge.
• Journal entries and bank/vendor/debtor reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in Tally software, with the ability to maintain inventory batch-wise, Manufacturing and Expiry, Price List, Discount automation in Tally software.
• Knowledge of billing, e-invoicing, e-way bills.
• Knowledge of processing sales claims through credit notes (such as sales return, damage, expiry goods claim settlement, passing target-based incentives for the Sales & Marketing team).
• Good command of Excel (Advanced Excel).
• Knowledge related to GST and TDS.
• Good knowledge of journal accounting entries.
• Reconciliation of Bank / Vendors / Debtors.
