Job summary

DUX Outsourcing in India is seeking an accounting professional to manage AR, bank reconciliations, payroll, fixed assets, and invoicing using Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks. The role emphasizes accurate bookkeeping and timely processing of financial data.

You will prepare monthly MIS reports, support audits, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues, including quarterly GST filings for Australia and payroll disbursement to Australian employees.

• Manage accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, general accounting, payroll accounting, fixed asset accounting, sales invoices, purchase invoices, bookkeeping, Xero, MYOB & Quick Books.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports to track business performance.
• Provide support for audit processes by gathering necessary documents and information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any accounting-related issues.
• Quarterly GST Filing as per Australian Tax Office requirement.
• Payroll Accounting and Pay disbursement to Australian Employees.
