The role focuses on invoice processing, payment follow-ups, journal entries, month-end closings, and financial reporting with meticulous record-keeping and strong attention to detail.

Candidate should be proactive, collaborative with finance teams, and comfortable handling audits and documentation.

Qualificações

• Detail-oriented accounting professional with SAP experience.
• Experience in AP/AR, bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Knowledge of vendor management and general accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Manage vendor accounts, verify invoices, and coordinate for payment processing.
• Record journal entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Support general accounting, month-end closing, and documentation.
• Work on SAP for accounting transactions, data entry, and financial reporting.
• Assist with audit requirements and ensure proper maintenance of financial records
