The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience, hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and preferably experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. The role emphasizes detail orientation, timely reporting, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce.
• 23 years of accounting experience with hands-on Tally Prime/ERP usage.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
• Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
• Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and update cash/bank books.
• Prepare daily and monthly accounting reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payments.
• Assist in preparing reports for management.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant with 23 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while supporting routine office accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
• Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
• Maintain customer and vendor account records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and update cash/bank books.
• Prepare daily and monthly accounting reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Handle routine email communication related to accounts, invoices, and payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment-related activities.
• Assist in preparing reports required by management.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce.
• Additional accounting certifications will be an advantage.

Experience

• 23 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Experience using Tally Prime/ERP is mandatory.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data management, reports, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong communication skills for professional email correspondence.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
