Job summary

Asian Cancer Institute in Maharashtra is seeking an accounts professional to maintain day-to-day accounting records, prepare invoices, and perform bank and ledger reconciliations. The role includes supporting patient billing and accounts payable/receivable, with involvement in month-end closing and audits.

The candidate will follow hospital policies and SOPs to ensure accurate financial procedures and timely reporting within a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Perform daily bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in patient billing, collection, and outstanding follow-up.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Assist in month-end closing and audit requirement.
• Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and applicable accounting procedures.
• Perform other accounts-related duties assigned by management.
