Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations.
• Process customer invoices, vendor payments, collections, and account reconciliations accurately and within timelines.
• Prepare AR aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to resolve billing, payment, and account-related queries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support month-end closing activities, audits, and financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA Finance, or equivalent).

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounts (F&A) operations.
• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), account reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Based in Cochin or willing to relocate.
