Job summary

Innovatiview India Ltd is hiring an Account Executive for Noida Sector 127, Narayana, and Mundaka locations. The role focuses on accounts payable, purchase accounting, and vendor compliance using Tally Prime and Excel.

The candidate will handle vendor ledger reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance, and month-end closing under tight timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams for supporting documents and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and purchase accounting processes.
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS provisions for vendor transactions.
• Experience in vendor ledger reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with MSME compliance and MSME return requirements.
• Proficient in month-end closing activities and expense reconciliation.
• Ability to manage vendor queries and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and able to meet strict timelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and purchase accounting using Tally Prime.
• Prepare MIS reports with advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve issues.
• Ensure GST, TDS compliance for vendor transactions.
• Assist in month-end closing, provisions, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain supporting documents.
• Respond to vendor queries with accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Support MSME returns and related compliance requirements.
• Maintain ERP-based processes and internal controls.

We are currently hiring for Account Executive for Innovatiview India Ltd for Noida Sector 127 , Narayana and Mundaka Location

• Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime, specifically for Accounts Payable/Purchase Accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data validation, and MIS reporting.
• Hands-on experience in Google Sheets and preparation of reports.
• Strong understanding of Accounting Concepts.
• Sound knowledge of GST and TDS provisions applicable to vendor transactions.
• Experience in Vendor Ledger Reconciliation and resolution of reconciliation issues.
• Good understanding of MSME compliance and MSME Return requirements.
• Experience in invoice verification, accounting, and payment processing.
• Knowledge of month-end closing activities, including provision entries and expense reconciliation.
• Ability to handle vendor queries, follow up for supporting documents, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively under strict timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP-based accounting processes and internal financial controls will be an added advantage.
