The role involves end-to-end accounting, AR/AP management, reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance, and monthly closures, with emphasis on audit-ready documentation and accuracy across financial records.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
• Proficient in GST/TDS compliance and regulatory filing.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and vendor/customer ledgers.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to take complete ownership of the organisations books of accounts, ensuring accurate accounting, timely financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Manage end-to-end accounting, including journal entries, ledgers, and financial records.


• Handle accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, vendor payments, and collections.


• Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.


• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.


• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly accounts closures.


• Maintain documentation for audits and ensure accuracy of financial records.
