Acme Services Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Accountant to maintain general ledger, prepare monthly statements, handle AP/AR, and ensure GST/TDS compliance. You will support internal auditors and provide financial insights.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cost control, and adherence to accounting standards, with routine bank reconciliations and collaboration across departments. Prior experience with NAV Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel is preferred.

Formación

• General ledger, journals and books of accounts experience.
• GST, TDS, income tax compliance knowledge.
• Advanced MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and oversee general ledger, journals, and books of accounts.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and vendor/customer payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation at internal intervals.
• Respond to customer and vendor queries.
• Maintain statutory compliance (GST, TDS, income tax, audits).
• Coordinate with internal auditors and cross-departmental functions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support management with financial insights and cost control.
• Conduct bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
• Create purchase invoices, purchase orders and sales orders.
• Record GRN entries.

Job Description:

• 1. Maintain and oversee general ledger, journals, and books of accounts.
• 2. Prepare and review monthly financial statements.
• 3. Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and vendor payment and Customer collections.
• 4. Bank Reconciliation as per internal intervals.
• 5. Ability to handle customer's/Vendor's queries.
• 6. Handon experience on statutory compliance (GST, TDS, income tax, audits, etc.)
• 7. Handling Internal auditors Queries, cross departments functions.
• 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• 9. Support management with financial insights and cost control measures.
• 10. Bank and Customer and Vendor Reconciliation.
• 11. Creation of Purchase invoice, Purchase Order and Sales Order.
• 12. Making GRN entries.

Skills & Competencies:

• 1. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• 2. Proficiency in accounting software preferred NAV dynamic365.
• 3. Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
