Qualifications

• Experience in stock management and inventory control.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable.

• Ability to reconcile physical stock with records.

Responsibilities

• Track daily inward and outward stock movements.
• Conduct routine physical cycle counts and audits.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies with system records.
• Record inventory purchases, vendor invoices, and COGS.
• Maintain AP/AR related to suppliers.
• Apply inventory valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO, Weighted Average).
