Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an accounting professional to manage Tally and QuickBooks, perform monthly closings, and support audits. The role involves maintaining ledgers, reconciling cash and bank positions, and ensuring compliance with GST and TDS obligations.

You will also assist with annual audits, support the tax team, and handle daily reconciliations and controls to ensure financial integrity and timely payments.

Role & responsibilities

Job responsibilities:

• 1. Maintain Tally and Quickbooks
• 2. Monthly closing
• 3.Perform cash and security position reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• 4. Assist with annual audits by providing documentation and supporting information, and support the tax team in preparing tax filings
• 5. Responsible for general accounting work along with maintaining daily reconcillaitions and controls.
• 7. Prepares/ oversees general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• 8. Ensure timely bank payments.
• 9. Preparing GST and TDS Monthly statements and maintaining statutory liabilities
• 10. Provide support for internal and external auditing services.

Skills required:

• 1. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2. Well- versed in the MS Office suite.
• 3. A strong work ethic and willingness to work as needed to accomplish projects on timelines
• 4 A strong team player, organized, and possess high attention to detail.
