Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day financial activities, including ledger maintenance, monthly closings, and reconciliations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Tally and QuickBooks and collaboration with audits and tax teams. You will ensure accurate accounting records, support statutory filings (GST/TDs), and assist with bank payments and year-end processes while contributing to a strong control

Qualifications

• Maintain Tally and QuickBooks.
• Monthly closing processes.
• Assist with audits by providing documentation and supporting information, and support the tax team in preparing tax filings.
• Responsible for general accounting work along with maintaining daily reconciliations and controls.
• Prepares/ oversees general ledger entries and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Tally and QuickBooks.
• Monthly closing.
• Reconcile cash and security positions to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist with audits and tax filings by providing documentation and supporting information.
• General accounting work, daily reconciliations and controls.
• Prepare and oversee general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Prepare GST and TDS monthly statements and maintain statutory liabilities.
• Provide support for internal and external auditing services.
