• Cash and security position reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist with annual audits by providing documentation and supporting information, and support tax filings by the tax team.
• General accounting work and daily reconciliations and controls.
• Prepare/oversee general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Prepare GST and TDS monthly statements and maintain statutory liabilities.
• Support for internal and external auditing services.
• Collaborate with finance team to maintain robust controls.

Job responsibilities:

• 1. Maintain Tally and Quickbooks

• 3.Perform cash and security position reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• 4. Assist with annual audits by providing documentation and supporting information, and support the tax team in preparing tax filings
• 5. Responsible for general accounting work along with maintaining daily reconcillaitions and controls.
• 7. Prepares/ oversees general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• 8. Ensure timely bank payments.
• 9. Preparing GST and TDS Monthly statements and maintaining statutory liabilities
• 10. Provide support for internal and external auditing services.
