Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Operations Management.
• Experience in EdTech, Healthcare Education, Higher Education, Online Learning, Training, or Skill Development preferred.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams.
• Healthcare or education management background will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Create, implement and optimize SOPs, workflows, dashboards, MIS, and reporting systems.
• Identify manual processes and implement automation to streamline workflows and learner experience.
• Lead technology adoption and digitize operations across departments.
• Oversee learner lifecycle from enrolment to certification with academic operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of live sessions, modules, LMS activities, assessments, and examinations.
• Monitor course quality and learner satisfaction, driving continuous improvements.
• Lead academic operations, learner support, and backend teams with accountability.
• Define KRAs/KPIs, conduct reviews, and recruit/train/mentor staff.
• Manage records, fees, examinations, schedules, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibility

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with Medigrad's growth objectives.
• Create, implement, and optimize SOPs, workflows, dashboards, MIS, and reporting systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify manual processes and implement automation to streamline workflows, reduce turnaround time, improve accuracy, and enhance the learner experience.
• Drive technology adoption across departments by digitizing operational processes, introducing efficient systems, standardizing workflows, and training teams to effectively use new technologies.
• Oversee the complete learner lifecycle from enrolment to certification, ensuring seamless academic operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of live sessions, recorded modules, LMS activities, assignments, assessments, examinations, certifications, and adherence to academic calendars.
• Monitor course quality, learner satisfaction, and implement continuous process improvements.
• Lead and manage academic operations, learner support, academic coordination, and backend teams while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Define KRAs/KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members.
• Manage student records, fee collections, examinations, training schedules, academic documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Establish escalation management processes and ensure timely resolution of learner queries related to academics, LMS, certification, and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of academic operations and improve the learner journey.
• Track enrolments, revenue realization, renewals, refunds, operational costs, and key performance metrics while identifying opportunities to support business growth.

Required Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in Operations Management.
• Experience in EdTech, Healthcare Education, Higher Education, Online Learning, Training, or Skill Development preferred.
