Job summary

LearnBuds is seeking an Academic Counselor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and career paths. You will explain programs, admissions procedures, and opportunities while handling inquiries in person, by phone, and online.

You will maintain records of interactions, support students through enrollment, and collaborate with Marketing and Academic teams to achieve counseling targets. Strong English and Malayalam communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Management preferred).
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in academic counseling or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
