Role Description

The Academic Counselor will meet with prospective and current learners to understand their academic background, interests, and career goals, and recommend suitable courses and training paths. Responsibilities include providing student counseling and academic advising, guiding learners on industry trends and career opportunities, and supporting them in selecting appropriate technical and IT programs. The role involves coordinating with trainers and administrative staff, maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions, and following up with students to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and progression. The Academic Counselor will also participate in outreach activities, workshops, and events to promote the institute’s programs and support admissions.
