• Explain various courses and their benefits over the phone.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Counseling skills, including active listening and a non-judgmental approach.
• Responsible for making calls and counselling students/parents about abroad education.
• Follow up daily calls to maintain relationships with candidates looking for various courses and universities. Track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry.
• Explain various courses and their benefits to candidates through phone calls.
• Should be able to work with team to meet Daily/Weekly/Monthly based targets.

Key Skills

• Should have prior experience in MBBS/medical counselling
• Should have convincing skills. Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to timelines.
• Basic knowledge of computers is a must.
• Should have a good command on languages - Telugu and English (Hindi Or any other language will be added advantage to the profile)
