Job summary

One Window Hyderabad is seeking an entry-level counselor to guide students for overseas education opportunities through phone, video, email and chat. This onsite role requires excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to relate to student needs.

You will assess academic backgrounds, career goals, and study preferences to recommend programs, convert inquiries into applications, and maintain CRM records with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience in any industry or domain.
• Experience in customer service, sales, counseling, education or related fields will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote counseling and guidance to students regarding overseas education opportunities through phone calls, video meetings, emails, and chat.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and study preferences to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
• Convert student inquiries into qualified applications by providing accurate information.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure a seamless counseling experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Update and manage student information accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and admissions.
• Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and admission procedures.
