Job summary

PlaceTie is looking for a dynamic Academic Counselor to handle fresh leads daily, counsel prospective students, guide them toward the right career path, and convert inquiries into enrollments.

The candidate must own a laptop, communicate well in English, and be willing to work six days a week from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM in Greater Noida West. Fixed salary ₹20,000 per month plus attractive incentives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of counselling, sales, or customer support experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and laptop ownership is required.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with fresh leads daily.
• Counsel prospective students and understand educational goals.
• Explain courses and career opportunities clearly.
• Build trust and address queries from applicants.
• Guide students through admission and enrollment processes.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain leads, follow-ups, and conversions records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions.
