Job summary

Kauspr Ai Tech is seeking an academically strong PCM professional to lead academic planning and curriculum implementation for Grades 9–12 across CBSE-affiliated schools. You will drive curriculum development, mentor teachers, and ensure CBSE assessment standards are met.

The role demands deep CBSE knowledge, strong leadership, and excellent communication across campuses in Kanpur, Lucknow, Jhansi, and Saharanpur.

Qualifications

• PCM background with postgraduate qualification.
• PGT-level teaching experience.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and academic planning.
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, assessment and board exam requirements.
• Excellent academic leadership, teacher mentoring, and communication skills.
• Exposure to NEP 2020 and competency-based education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead academic planning and curriculum implementation for Grades 9–12.
• Oversee CBSE-affiliated schools within the group.
• Mentor and develop teaching staff to meet CBSE assessment standards.
• Ensure alignment with NEP 2020 competency-based education.
